Logibility can help your organisation

Projectmanagement

Project management is a specific profession. Especially in logistics and supply chain, a project manager must be capable to manage cross-functional, multi-cultural teams. LOGIBILITY is a proven leader in professional and pragmatic management of a wide variety of international projects. LOGIBILITY has thorough experience in, among others, business process optimization, implementation of new contracts, business process outsourcing projects, insourcing projects, ICT implementation projects and change projects in the areas of transport, logistics and customer services.

For it's customers' projects, LOGIBILITY deploys its 4 E-methodology:

1. Explore

In one or more ‘discovery sessions’ with customer and stakeholders, LOGIBILITY will identify the projects background and occasion. LOGIBILITY will apply a variety of (data-) analysis tools to obtain a clear and mutual understanding of all aspects of the problem, its magnitude and its potential impact. A clear and detailed problem definition will be the deliverable of this phase.

2. Expect

In this phase the detailed scope and expectations will be determined. LOGIBILITY will define goals and objectives, expected benefits, project roles and responsibilities and the project approach. The first project planning will be established in the Expect phase.

One of the most important aspects of this phase is to align and agree with the customer on expectations, scope and success criteria.

3. Execute

In this phase the project- or improvement plan will be executed and the defined solutions will be developed and implemented. LOGIBILITY will apply proven project management principles (like Prince2) and change management methodologies to ensure delivery within time and budget.

Where valuable and applicable LOGIBILITY will also deploy LEAN/6-Sigma techniques.

LOGIBILITY will continuously validate the execution against the original plan, business case and expectations to stay focused on the targeted results and will fairly discuss the possible consequences of changing the scope or direction.

4. Embed (and Evaluate)

To embed the implemented changes into the organization, LOGIBILITY will perform an evaluation on the entire project together with the customer. Since the commitment of the management and leadership is crucial for sustainable changes in the organization, LOGIBILITY will provide recommendations and practical tools to help leaders and managers successfully maintaining the changes.
