Change of logistics service provider
As a result of an ending service agreement with its existing third-party warehouse operator and a tender process, a global healthcare equipment manufacturer decided to outsource the operations of its global distribution center to a new logistics service provider.

The project planning, process design, systems integration, change management, service level negotiation, project execution and physical move planning were taken into scope. The required, but sensitive collaboration between the legacy supplier and the new service provider proved to be extremely challenging.
